There was a Chartered Accountant who had supported to various business Entrepreneurs, startups, MSMEs and MNCs with a motive to outperform the Finance, Accounts and Taxation Industries, however the motive was unaccomplished due to the unskilled human resources.
He head away to carry out an industry analysis about the corporate requirements and its achievements, shocked to see the results, yes, those entities also going through the same challenges to find the right human resources within their budgets.
He had conceive the truth and strived to work with training institutes to create the best but still, his desires are distressed.
Hence, he planned to get off the ground with the same thoughts on his own and established an Institute to give out the best.
That's how we started to execute our plans into action and this is the history of IBCT...
